1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VECTRAL platform (“the Service”) operated by Inevara Pty Ltd (“Inevara”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

VECTRAL is a career intelligence marketplace that connects career seekers (“Professionals”) with verified career experts including recruiters, career coaches, resume specialists, and interview coaches (“Experts”). The platform provides AI-powered matching, engagement management, and career analytics tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Expert Conduct

Experts using VECTRAL must:

  • Provide accurate information about their qualifications, experience, and services
  • Maintain all required licences, registrations, and professional memberships
  • Deliver services as agreed with Professionals
  • Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent our matching or payment systems
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without authorisation

7. Payments and Fees

Fees for Expert services are agreed between Professionals and Experts. VECTRAL may charge a platform fee as disclosed at the time of transaction. All payments are processed securely via our payment provider. Refund terms are set by individual Experts unless otherwise specified.

8. Intellectual Property

The VECTRAL platform, including its design, algorithms, and content created by Inevara, is owned by Inevara Pty Ltd. The source code is licensed under the AGPL-3.0 licence. User-generated content (reviews, profile information) remains owned by the user, with a licence granted to Inevara to display and use it for platform purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inevara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to Inevara in the 12 months preceding the claim.

VECTRAL does not guarantee employment outcomes. Matching results are based on AI algorithms and are not a guarantee of placement or career success.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
